TOSCA is an organization of Tartan C&C owners in Southern California* devoted to fellowship, group support, and the pursuit of sailing. TOSCA hopes to provide a network of area Tartan and C&C owners who might assist one another in various aspects of boat ownership.   Recent Activities!  
  4th Annual - Rendezvous at the Isthmus (Two Harbors Cruise)
The fourth annual TOSCA Rendezvous was held on June 11-13, 2010. As before, we went to Two Harbors at Catalina Island. Most attendees made a Friday arrival and Sunday departure. We all enjoyed an opening night barbecue, our traditional dinghy raft up in midday Saturday, and a dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening.
